Holiday Shopping Tours:  December 2017

This season, you can help the Dallas County Sheriff's Posse provide much needed assistance to local school children.  We will once again be hosting our annual Shop with a Sheriff Holiday Shopping Tour.  This is a unique program that allows local school children to shop, on their own, to buy gifts for themselves and their family.

Area school officials provide lists of children to the Sheriff's Posse.  Teachers and counselors help the children prepare a shopping list ahead to time, and then Sheriff's Posse members and volunteers escort them through participating department stores and allow the children to select their own gifts.  Making their own purchases is a fun and self-esteem  boosting experience for children who often do without.

We need your help.  There are many deserving children and the Dallas County Sheriff's Posse hopes to reach as many of them as possible.  Your support helps fund this program as well as raise funds to carry on our other work in the community.

The Dallas County Sheriff's Posse is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
